The Cleveland Cavaliers have inked former Celtics PF Leon Powe to a two-year, 1.7 million dollar deal. Powe, in my mind, is one of the most underrated players in the NBA. The reason why the Cavs were able to obtain Powe for so cheap was because of his nagging knee injury. He is scheduled to miss at least the first half of the season and apparently the Celtics didn't want to wait it out and see what happened.
