NBA Regular Season 12-9-09

Hawks vs Bulls (Slo's pick: Hawks)
The Bulls are playing the worst out of anyone in the NBA right now, until John Salmons is no longer a Bull they will keep losing.

Pacers vs Trailblazers (Slo's pick: Trailblazers)
I don't think the Pacers have the defense to stop the Blazers. If Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge play somewhat decent they should win easily.

76ers vs Pistons (Slo's pick: 76ers)
I'm taking the Sixers under the assumption that Ben Gordon won't go off for 50. Unless that happens the Sixers are walking away with a win.

Nets vs Warriors (Slo's pick: Warriors)
The Nets collected their first road win of the season last night against the free falling Bulls. I still see them getting crushed tonight by the Warriors.

Bucks vs Raptors (Slo's pick: Raptors)
Jose Calderon is possibly the most underrated point guard in the NBA, night in and night out he puts on great performances yet he never gets any publicity. In this game he and Brandon Jennings will cancel each other out. Because the Bucks are playing on back to back nights, picking the Raptors makes the most sense.

T'Wolves vs Hornets (Slo's pick: Hornets)
I'll be shocked if the Hornets don't win in a blowout. Now that Chris Paul is back in the lineup there is no excuse to lose to teams with 3-18 records.

Rockets vs Cavaliers (Slo's pick: Cavaliers)
To be a top seed in the East the Cavs are going to have to win games like this. Sometimes a road game on the second half of back to back games can be problematic but if the Cavs are for real it won't be.

Spurs vs Kings (Slo's pick: Spurs)
Whether or not Tyreke Evans is playing tonight is still up in the air, even if he does play the Spurs should dominate the Kings tonight at home.

Lakers vs Jazz (Slo's pick: Lakers)
The Jazz have been playing well as of late, unfortunately for them not well enough to beat the Lakers in LA. Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer would have to play out of their minds for the Jazz to have a chance.

Slo's record on the season: 193-101
Slo's record Dec. 7th: 3-1
