NBA Regular Season 2-16-10

Bulls vs Knicks (Slo's pick: Bulls)
Hopefully the break gave the Bulls time to heal up and get ready for the mad dash towards the playoffs. Despite sitting out of practice on Monday Derrick Rose will play tonight but Joakim Noah's status is still questionable. Whether Noah plays or not the Bulls should still win this game.

Kings vs Celtics (Slo's pick: Celtics)
There is no way in the world the Celtics should lose this game. One thing about young teams though, if you let them play with you they become very dangerous. The Celtics should look to jump on them early because if a big lead is established by halftime the Kings will mentally give up.

76ers vs Heat (Slo's pick: Heat)
The Sixers are a miniscule footnote in the race for the playoffs in the Eastern conference. The Heat however are in the fray for spots 5-8. The Heat need every game they can get, the lottery bound Sixers would benefit from every loss they will inevitably get.

Bobcats vs Nets (Slo's pick: Bobcats)
The Nets are an embarrassment to all human life.

Pistons vs T'Wolves (Slo's pick: Pistons)
The Pistons are more talented than the T'Wolves and should win this game tonight at home.

Thunder vs Mavericks (Slo's pick: Mavericks)
The Mavs are poised to make a serious run at the Western conference crown, it all starts tonight against the Thunder.

Grizzlies vs Suns (Slo's pick: Suns)
The Suns have the athleticism to run the Grizzlies off the floor and basically but Zach Randolph into a coma, there's no way he can run with the Suns. Also, I'm curious to see what the Suns get from Amar'e Stoudemire tonight because there are rumors of Stoudemire being traded to every team under the sun.

Rockets vs Jazz (Slo's pick: Jazz)
The Jazz are going to have to set the tone early for their push towards the number one seed. They came into the break smoking hot but they still have many doubters out there. I expect them to win comfortably tonight in Houston.

Trailblazers vs Clippers (Slo's pick: Trailblazers)
The Blazers are still without star SG Brandon Roy and it looks like it's going to stay that way in the foreseeable future. With that in mind the Blazers are going to need to pick up every easy win before Roy's return.

Lakers vs Warriors (Slo's pick: Lakers)
The Lakers should win easily tonight in Kobe Bryant's return from injury.

Slo's record on the season: 429-217
