NBA Regular Season 2-23-10

Celtics vs Knicks (Slo's pick: Celtics)
I have to imagine that tonight is going to be one of the most awkward moments Eddie House has gone through. He brought a ton of heart to the Celtics for a few years now and was a fan favorite, now he's a Knick. It must be tough to go from a team with championship hopes to a team looking forward to the lottery.

Cavaliers vs Hornets (Slo's pick: Cavaliers)
The Cavs have stumbled coming out of the all star break. Their slide should end tonight against the Hornets.

Heat vs T'Wolves (Slo's pick: Heat)
The Heat have something the T'Wolves can only dream of, playoff hopes. The Heat need to collect every easy win in their race for the postseason. That's something that the Bobcats and Bulls have failed to do in the past few days.

Nets vs Trailblazers (Slo's pick: Trailblazers)
I never thought I would say this but the Nets have actually been competitive in the past week. Unfortunately for them, that's not good enough to beat a team like the Blazers, who've finally gotten their superstar Brandon Roy back in the lineup from the disabled list.

Thunder vs Suns (Slo's pick: Thunder)
Steve Nash isn't playing tonight due to severe abdominal pain, that being the case this is a very easy pick.

Grizzlies vs Lakers (Slo's pick: Lakers)
According to reports Kobe Bryant is going to play tonight for the first time since before the all star break. Even without Kobe the Lakers would still win this game.

Kings vs Pacers (Slo's pick: Kings)
I'm taking the Kings tonight primarily because they're home and the Pistons' 6-19 road record scares me. In addition, Tyreke Evans should be able to get whatever he wants tonight on offense. Rodney Stuckey is a good scorer but his defense is nothing to write home about.

Warriors vs 76ers (Slo's pick: Warriors)
The Warriors should be able to run the Sixers off the floor tonight at home. If they're able to keep this an uptempo game then you can chalk down a win for the Warriors.

Slo's record on the season: 458-230
Slo's record Feb. 20th: 4-3
