Redd to Miss Two Weeks with Knee Flare Up

Last March Michael Redd underwent knee surgery to repair a torn ligament. He left Saturday night's game against Detroit with soreness in the knee. He is expected to miss two weeks after a negative MRI.

Redd's career has taken an ugly turn the the worst as his once promising career has been beaten and battered by injuries. In the last three season Redd has only broken the 70 game mark once.

His absence will give rookie Brandon Jennings a chance to takeover the offense more than he already has. So far this season Jennings has been impressive averaging 20.5 PPG to lead all rookies.
